Refund policy

Thank you so much for shopping at our Cotton Wear Haven online store! We understand that sometimes items are not as expected or don't fit just right, and a return is necessary.

Cotton Wear Haven gladly accepts returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time, thank you for your understanding.

Please note: Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

Returns for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Please email us at cozy@cottonwearhaven.com with a photo of the item and order number.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day your order is delivered) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

Please email us at cozy@cottonwearhaven.com with your order number in the Subject line of email, item description and reason for returning.  

Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it is a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow Cotton Wear Haven 7-14 business days from the day we receive the returned package to be processed and refunded. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we strive to complete the refund process as swiftly as possible.
  • Once submitted, you will get a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions along with an email confirmation. All return orders must include RA number for processing purposes.
  • Kindly note that Items marked Sale, Final Sale, or Clearance are not eligible for return.

    ·       At this time, our return policy is applicable only within the continental USA. We do not offer international returns for Canada, Mexico and other countries, thank you for your understanding.
